The hotel met and even exceeded our expectations by 100%. A professional team, starting with the reception staff, including Ms. Regina, Lydia, and others. The room was always clean and comfortable, thanks to the efforts of the staff, including Ms. Antonia, the chef, Ms. Oksana, and the kitchen staff. We would like to express our gratitude to the restaurant staff, particularly Ms. Antonia, the chef, Ms. Oksana, and the kitchen staff, for their fresh, delicious, and varied food and service. The transfer to and from the beach is well organized, thanks to the drivers. That's why I want to come here again. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10 and recommend it for a visit

I had a great stay at this resort in Crete. Regina deserves a mention—such a kind and helpful lady, always with a smile and a good word, making the atmosphere warm and friendly. The location is beautiful, with stunning surroundings. The food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. Pools were clean and well maintained. I would return for the view, the people, and the quiet but fun moments that made the stay memorable.

This was a lovely hotel if you are looking for a relaxing family holiday which we were I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers All Inclusive package. There is lot of food options and the empty slots are re- filled quickly, even at short time before the end of meals. There are good options for snacks at the bar, including pizzas, giros, salads, cakes and ice-cream. There are hot and cold coffees served, including very good Greek frappe. The family apartments are actually duplex with sleeping part on the first floor. Every one also has its own table and chairs in-front and a pair of sunbeds. Extremely nice view and fresh air with light, very polite wind at the restaurant. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The shuttle is useful, on- the time. The beach with sunbeds is also a great value.

The views: surrounded by majestic mountains. Food was good and varied. Rooms were comfortable.. just don't expect shiny taps, hotel is not new. There was evening entertainment every day. Very little for kids to do apart from swim, unless you venture out into the town.
